The Patterson family founded the restaurant in 2003 and have passionately devoted themselves to its culinary success.
Maria runs the front of house while Raymond with his son Tom lead a small brigade in the kitchen. They go to great lengths to select the very best ingredients and where possible, local and organic produce form the foundations of the menu. All the meat is purchased daily from the finest farms in England and Scotland. The chef remains true to his Scottish roots sourcing langoustine, lobster and crabs from his home town in Eyemouth.
The restaurant seats 80 people in a stylish and elegant setting, and has a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere due to the Restaurant Manager, Olivier Drilleau.
